Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders $50 and up within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 5-8 business days via our standard shipping method. All mugs are securely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Currently, we only ship within the US. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement right away.
